About the Role
Acute InfoSoft is looking for an experienced Security Ticket Resolution Engineer to join our Cybersecurity and DevSecOps team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and remediating application and infrastructure security vulnerabilities across modern cloud-native environments.
This role requires strong hands-on experience in Java, AWS, Kubernetes, Python, and Claude AI, with a focus on secure software development, vulnerability remediation, automation, and cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

● Analyze, triage, and resolve security tickets from SAST, DAST, SCA, container, cloud, and infrastructure security tools.
● Investigate and remediate vulnerabilities in Java applications and cloud-native services.
● Identify and resolve AWS and Kubernetes security findings and implement secure configurations.
● Develop Python automation scripts for security investigation and remediation.
● Collaborate with developers, DevSecOps, and security teams to resolve vulnerabilities within SLA.
● Validate security fixes through security testing and document root cause analysis and remediation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong Java development and debugging skills.
● Hands-on experience with AWS services including IAM, EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, VPC, KMS, and CloudWatch.
● Strong Kubernetes administration and security knowledge.
● Good Python programming and automation skills.
● Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure coding, and vulnerability remediation.
● Experience with security tools such as Checkmarx, Veracode, SonarQube, Snyk, Prisma Cloud, Trivy, or equivalent.
● Experience with Git, CI/CD, Linux, REST APIs, and microservices.

Claude AI Skills — Mandatory

● Experience writing effective Claude AI prompts for code analysis, security remediation, debugging, and automation.
● Ability to create structured Claude AI workflows for security findings and remediation recommendations.
● Experience using Claude for secure code reviews and vulnerability analysis.
● Ability to leverage Claude for root cause analysis, documentation, and code optimization.
● Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated code before production deployment.
● Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and responsible AI usage.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in DevSecOps environments.
● Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation.
● AWS, Kubernetes, or Security certifications are preferred.
